ADHD Delta Coaching
ADHD coaching for adults who know what to do - but can’t start
Starting tasks shouldn’t feel this heavy.
Many adults with ADHD have insight, ideas, and goals - but when it’s time to begin, something inside resists.
That’s not laziness.
It’s not a discipline problem.
It’s often an access problem.
My work focuses on understanding why starting becomes difficult - and helping you create systems that make action accessible again.
“Ojonoka brings warmth, humor, and insight into every conversation. She’s one of those rare people who makes you feel instantly at ease while also asking the kinds of questions that really make you think. Her curiosity is genuine, and her questions are powerful—working with her always left me feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself.” - Andrea Hernandez, USA ~~~
“My coaching experience with OJ, at ADHD Delta Coaching was a game-changer for me. OJ was incredibly supportive and asked just the right questions—the kind that made me pause and really reflect. That deep thinking helped me figure out what actually works for me, instead of trying to force systems that never stuck. Now, I have an organization system that finally feels natural and sustainable because it’s built around how my brain works. I can’t thank her enough for her guidance!” - Jody, Canada ~~~
"Coaching with Oj was an incredibly empowering experience. Her calm, nonjudgmental, and easygoing presence created a safe space where I could be fully honest and open. Through her deep listening and insightful questions, she guided me to uncover new strategies that truly work for me—and for the first time, I’ve been able to make real, lasting changes. Before coaching, I often felt stuck and frustrated with myself; now, I finally feel like I’m moving forward with clarity and confidence toward my goals." - Ani Z. Los Angeles, CA.~~~

“I know what to do… so why can’t I start?”
This is one of the most common experiences for adults with ADHD.
You care about the task.
You understand what needs to happen.
But when you sit down to begin:
your mind drifts
the task feels heavier than it should
you avoid starting altogether
Many people assume this is a motivation problem.
In reality, starting often becomes difficult when emotional and cognitive load block access to executive function.
That’s where ADHD coaching can help.
A different way of understanding ADHD starting problems
My coaching uses a simple lens
Regulation → Access → Direction
First we stabilise the internal pressure that makes tasks feel heavy.
Then we restore access to the brain’s planning and initiation systems.
Finally, we create clear entry points for action.
When these three pieces align, starting becomes lighter.
Small shifts that change the direction of action
In coaching, we look for what I call -
Delta Moments
A Delta Moment is a small shift in awareness, thinking, or emotional response that changes how a task feels internally.
Sometimes the shift is surprisingly simple:
lowering the emotional pressure
clarifying the first step
reducing cognitive load
When the internal pressure changes, behaviour follows.
Small shift.
Different direction.
This work is for adults with ADHD who:
know what they need to do but struggle to begin
feel overwhelmed by tasks that seem simple to others
are tired of productivity advice that doesn’t fit their brain
want sustainable progress without burnout
ADHD coaching focused on starting and follow-through
Together we explore:
what makes tasks feel heavy
where access to action disappears
how to create systems that support initiation
The goal isn’t to force productivity.
It’s to help your brain reconnect intention with action.
