ADHD Delta Coaching
ADHD coaching for adults who know what to do - but can't always do it.
ADHD can make everyday functioning surprisingly inconsistent.
You might struggle to start, stay focused, make decisions, manage overwhelm, organise your thoughts, follow through, or find your way back when momentum disappears.
Sometimes the issue isn't knowing what to do. It's being able to access what you need, when you need it.
ADHD Delta® Coaching helps you understand the conditions affecting that access and find small, practical shifts - Delta Moments™ - that can change what happens next.
Small shift. Different direction.
“Ojonoka brings warmth, humor, and insight into every conversation. She’s one of those rare people who makes you feel instantly at ease while also asking the kinds of questions that really make you think. Her curiosity is genuine, and her questions are powerful—working with her always left me feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself.” - Andrea Hernandez, USA ~~~
“My coaching experience with OJ, at ADHD Delta Coaching was a game-changer for me. OJ was incredibly supportive and asked just the right questions—the kind that made me pause and really reflect. That deep thinking helped me figure out what actually works for me, instead of trying to force systems that never stuck. Now, I have an organization system that finally feels natural and sustainable because it’s built around how my brain works. I can’t thank her enough for her guidance!” - Jody, Canada ~~~
"Coaching with Oj was an incredibly empowering experience. Her calm, nonjudgmental, and easygoing presence created a safe space where I could be fully honest and open. Through her deep listening and insightful questions, she guided me to uncover new strategies that truly work for me—and for the first time, I’ve been able to make real, lasting changes. Before coaching, I often felt stuck and frustrated with myself; now, I finally feel like I’m moving forward with clarity and confidence toward my goals." - Ani Z. Los Angeles, CA.~~~

“I know what to do… so why is doing it so inconsistent?”
This is one of the most common experiences for adults with ADHD.
You care about what needs to be done.
You may even know exactly how to do it.
And yet, at different times:
starting feels unusually difficult
your attention goes somewhere else
simple decisions become surprisingly hard
too many things compete for space in your head
overwhelm makes it difficult to think clearly
a disruption makes it hard to find your way back.
It can be frustrating when something you can do doesn't always feel accessible when you need it.
Many people assume this is a motivation problem.
ADHD Delta Coaching offers a different way of getting curious about that gap.
A different way of understanding ADHD inconsistency
Regulation → Access → Direction
ADHD Delta® uses a simple coaching lens for exploring what may be happening when thinking, feeling and action aren't moving in the same direction.
Regulation - What's happening within you and around you?
Access - What feels harder to access in this moment?
Direction - What small shift might change what happens next?
It's not about forcing the same strategy harder. It's about understanding the conditions, reducing friction where possible, and finding a more workable way forward.
Small shifts can change the direction
In coaching, change doesn't always begin with a big new system.
Sometimes it's a Delta Moment™ - a small shift that changes the conditions enough for something different to become possible.
It might mean reducing the load, clarifying what matters, getting something out of your head, removing a decision, changing the environment, pausing before responding, or finding a way back in after losing momentum.
Delta Moments™ are not about doing more.
They're about noticing where a small change could make a meaningful difference.
Small shift.
Different direction.
This work may be for you if you:
know what you need to do, but doing it can feel surprisingly inconsistent
struggle with starting, follow-through, focus, decisions or getting back on track
become overwhelmed when too much is competing for your attention
have strategies that work brilliantly sometimes - and mysteriously disappear at others
are tired of trying to force yourself into systems that don't fit
want to understand your patterns and find practical, sustainable ways forward.
ADHD coaching for the gap between knowing and doing
Together, coaching may explore:
Starting & follow-through
Finding workable ways into tasks and supporting momentum.
Overwhelm & cognitive load
Understanding what happens when too much is competing for mental space.
Planning & decision-making
Reducing friction around priorities, choices and next steps.
Focus & working memory
Creating external supports rather than expecting everything to stay in your head.
Emotional regulation
Noticing what changes when emotions or pressure make thinking harder to access.
Flexibility & restarting
Finding ways back in when plans change, routines disappear or momentum gets interrupted.
Coaching doesn't assume you need more discipline or another productivity system.
The aim is to understand where friction is showing up, what may be contributing to it, and what small shifts could make things more workable.
