ADHD Coaching for Adults
Support for when you know what to do - but starting feels heavy
Many adults with ADHD describe the same experience:
“I know exactly what needs to be done… but I can’t start.”
Many people arrive here believing they need more discipline or stronger routines.
But often the real difficulty is that starting has become cognitively and emotionally heavy.
ADHD coaching helps you understand the patterns beneath these struggles and develop ways to make action more accessible.
Together we explore what is happening beneath the surface of starting struggles and develop systems that support your brain rather than relying on pressure or willpower.

Sometimes people want focused support on a specific challenge before committing to ongoing coaching.
In this session we look closely at one area where you feel stuck.

starting an important project
managing overwhelming task lists

understanding patterns that affect focus and follow-through
Together we explore the mechanisms affecting initiation and identify practical ways to reduce cognitive load and create clearer entry points for action.
ADHD Coaching Packages
Coaching focuses on understanding the patterns that affect attention, task initiation, and follow-through - and creating conditions that allow your brain to access direction more consistently.
Meaningful change usually happens over time as patterns become clearer and small shifts begin to accumulate.
For this reason, coaching is offered in structured packages of 45-minute sessions.
Sessions are held online.
6-Session Coaching Pathway
A supportive starting point for understanding how ADHD patterns affect attention, starting tasks, and follow-through.
This pathway allows us to begin identifying the conditions that make focus and action more accessible.
Includes:
6 × 45-minute coaching sessions
typically weekly or bi-weekly
designed to be completed within 3 months.
During this pathway we focus on:
understanding what makes tasks feel heavy or difficult to begin
identifying emotional and cognitive barriers to action
experimenting with small shifts that restore access to focus and planning
beginning to create systems that support follow-through

12-Session Coaching Program
A deeper coaching journey designed to create sustainable change.
This program gives us time to understand how your brain responds to pressure, demands, and expectations - and to gradually build systems that support focus, decision-making, and follow-through.
Includes:
12 × 45-minute coaching sessions
typically weekly or bi-weekly
designed to be completed within 6 months
complimentary 30-minute integration session.
Across the program we focus on:
understanding patterns affecting initiation, attention, and overwhelm
reducing emotional and cognitive load around tasks and responsibilities
restoring access to planning, decision-making, and executive function
designing systems that support sustainable focus and follow-through
Working together over a longer period allows space for experimentation, reflection, and adjustment - helping new approaches become integrated into daily life.
Many clients choose this option because it provides enough time to observe patterns and build systems that continue working beyond coaching.

$1,920 paid in full, or
3 monthly payments of $650

what kind of support might feel most useful right now
There’s no pressure to continue afterwards.

My Coaching Lens
In my work I use a simple lens:
Regulation → Access → Direction
First we reduce the emotional pressure that often blocks initiation.
Then we explore how to restore access to planning, organising, and starting.
Finally we design systems that create clear entry points for action.
When regulation improves, access improves.
When access improves, direction becomes possible. not against it.
