Hi, I’m OJ - the coach behind ADHD Delta Coaching, and I’m so glad you found your way here!

Many adults with ADHD feel as though their brain has a landscape of shifting currents.

Some days things flow easily.
Other days even simple tasks feel strangely difficult to approach.

You may know exactly what needs to be done - but thinking, emotion, and action don’t always move in the same direction.

This experience is not unusual for ADHD.

It often reflects moments when emotional or cognitive load makes it harder for the brain to access planning, decision-making, or task initiation.

Understanding these moments - and learning how to shift them - is the foundation of the work I do.

Why I Do This Work

My work as an ADHD coach grew from seeing how often adults were told they simply needed better systems, stronger discipline, or more motivation.

But again and again I saw something different.

The real difficulty was not understanding what to do.

It was the moment when the brain lost access to doing it.

This is what led me to develop the ADHD Delta Concept - a way of understanding how small shifts can redirect thinking, emotion, and behaviour in those critical moments.

My Coaching Lens

In my work, I use a simple lens:

Regulation → Access → Direction

First we reduce the emotional pressure that often makes tasks feel overwhelming and blocks initiation.

Then we explore how to restore access to brain’s planning and initiation systems.

Finally, we create clear and manageable entry points for action.

When regulation improves, access improves.
When access improves, direction becomes possible.

Small Shifts That Change Direction

A core idea in my work is what I call a Delta Moment.

A Delta Moment™ is the point where change becomes possible inside your ADHD Delta®.

It might look like:

  • recognising when pressure is building

  • clarifying the first step of a task

  • reducing the mental load around a decision

These shifts are rarely dramatic.

But they often change the direction of action.

Small shift.
Different direction.

My Coaching Style

Coaching with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical.

I won’t push you into rigid productivity systems that ignore how ADHD brains actually work.

Instead, we explore what is happening beneath the surface of your current challenges and design strategies that fit your brain, your context, and your life.

Our sessions often involve:

  • exploring the patterns behind starting struggles

  • understanding what creates internal resistance

  • identifying small shifts that restore momentum

  • building systems that support sustainable action

The goal is not to force productivity.

It’s to help you reconnect intention with action.

Who I Work With

I primarily work with adults with ADHD who struggle to start tasks, even when they know exactly what needs to be done.

Many of my clients are navigating:

  • overwhelm and mental load

  • procrastination and avoidance cycles

  • perfectionism and pressure

  • unfinished projects and stalled goals

  • the gap between insight and action

Coaching offers a calm space to slow things down, understand what’s really happening, and design approaches that work with your brain - not against it.

A Note on ADHD Coaching

Coaching is practical, forward-focused support.

It doesn’t diagnose or treat ADHD, and it isn’t a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Instead, it complements other supports by helping you:

  • understand your patterns

  • build practical systems

  • create sustainable progress in everyday life
