Meet Your ADHD Coach
Practical, strengths-based ADHD coaching for individuals and families
Hi, I’m OJ — the coach behind ADHD Delta Coaching, and I’m so glad you found your way here! I believe there’s no “fixing” needed — only understanding, strategy, and support to help you thrive with your unique wiring. My coaching focuses on helping people with ADHD build skills that actually work in real life: organisation, time management, emotional regulation, routines and self-trust.
How I work
Coaching with me is collaborative, strengths-based and tailored to where you (or if applicable, your child) are right now.
Sessions are structured but flexible, without unrealistic expectations. We focus on what matters most right now, while building skills that support long-term independence and confidence.
Why This Matters to You
With my coaching, you’ll:
cut through overwhelm and get concrete clarity on your goals
design tools and routines that stick, even with changing seasons of life
develop stronger follow-through, without shame or self-judgement
trust yourself more — trust your brain, your pace, your choices.
Why I’m different
Co-created strategies: I don’t force generic solutions — we build what actually works for you.
Lived experience + structured thinking: I know both the mess and the manual.
Warmth + accountability: No harshness, only honest, direct support.
I love partnering with my clients to uncover the unique talents and strengths within what I call your ADHD Delta® — the difference that makes you powerful.

When working with pre-teens and teens, parent involvement is essential.
Parents are not “on the sidelines” — they are key partners in the coaching process. Depending on the situation, this may include:
Parent-only coaching sessions
Joint sessions when helpful
Practical guidance on scaffolding skills at home
Support with routines, expectations, and communication
The aim is to support independence without micromanaging — and to reduce stress for both parents and kids. Read more.
What ADHD Coaching Is — and Isn’t
I’m often asked how ADHD coaching differs from therapy.
Coaching is practical, skills-based and future-focused. It doesn’t diagnose or treat, and it isn’t a replacement for medical or mental health care. Instead, it works alongside other supports and focuses on building everyday skills, confidence, and self-understanding.
You can read more about this on the FAQs page.
Why ADHD Delta Coaching?
Many of the people I work with have already tried:
“Just try harder”
Generic productivity systems
Advice that doesn’t fit an ADHD brain
My role isn’t to push harder — it’s to help you understand what’s getting in the way and build systems that actually work.
At ADHD Delta Coaching, the focus is on:
Progress, not perfection
Self-awareness and self-trust
Sustainable strategies that don’t rely on burnout
